FatCats Terms & Conditions, Privacy, Security, Shipping & Delivery Policies


“We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. Cookie information is used by third party digital advertising companies for advertising purposes on Google networks (including YouTube), Facebook and other social media platforms”


“Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the above industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. Payment information, such as credit card numbers, are only accessed with customer permission in order to rectify broken transactions or in the event the merchant system fails to charge the card. Permission is requested via telephone or e-mail if a phone cannot be reached. Representatives are forbidden to ask for credit card information over e-mail.”


“FatCats does not accept returns or refunds for goods purchased online (with the exception of Movie Tickets - see below) unless where required by law. Purchases made by mistake or lost in transit may be considered for return/refund by contacting FatCats directly at customerservice@fatcatsfun.com. Purchases made by mistake are non-refundable once the parcel has been shipped. Purchases made online and shipped directly to the customer are not available for refund where the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc) has confirmed delivery. All shipments will contain a tracking number from the carrier which is paid for by the customer in the shipping price.

"Movie Tickets purchased through FatCats online ticketing website may be refunded up to (1) hour before scheduled showtime for up to 9 tickets. Refunds are available for online movie ticket purchases made through movies.fatcatsfun.com ONLY. To request a refund for purchases not made online please call the center where the ticket was purchased. The phone numbers for each of our theaters may be found on the contact page of the theater in question. Refunds require certain amounts of information in order to be processed which may include your full name and credit card details. See 'Security Policy" above for details on security.


“Good's purchased online will be processed within 2 business days from order receipt (Business days for online sales are Monday through Friday 8am-5pm MST excluding holidays - this includes the business day on or closest to Christmas Eve).  Allow up to 4 days during Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend for order processing. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, First Class Parcel.

If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: 
Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. USPS deliveries occur Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays and may take up to 14 days during busy times of the year such as Christmas. We do not guarantee an arrival date or window.

FatCats is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards purchased at our physical locations or online where the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery"

Order occurring between 12/22 - 12/25, will not be processed until 12/26 after the holiday weekend. Thank you for allowing us time to spend with our loved ones during the holidays.


"Shipping costs are standardized for all products at $2.50. Orders are charged this rate in order to ensure the contents are protected & tracked in transit (this charge may be waived during promotional periods while the service remains intact). PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. Utah orders - excluding Gift Cards - will
 be charged 6.5% sales tax."


FatCats strictly adheres to the industry standard that no persons under the age of 17 may purchase any rated "R" movie. Persons under the age of 17 wishing to attend a rated "R" movie must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 17. Ages 6 and under are not admitted under any circumstances - no exceptions. A valid, government-issued ID will be checked at the podiums entering the theater sections and/or theater entrances at our centers for all persons attending a rated "R" movie who may appear to be under the age of 17. There are no exceptions to this policy. To Recap:

• Fat Cats will not sell  "R" rated tickets to any person under the age of 17.
• A person must be at least 21 years old in order to purchase multiple tickets without providing additional photo I.D. for additional tickets.
• The purchaser must also attend the movie for which the additional tickets are purchased.
• Children 6 and under are not allowed to attend "R" rated features. (No Exceptions)
• Ushers may check for photo identification if a guest appears to be underage and is holding a ticket for an “R” rated feature.
• Kiosk ticket sales are an important service for our guests. Tickets can be purchased online and picked up at the theatre, or an individual may purchase tickets directly from the kiosk. It is important to remember that the admittance procedures still apply to those individuals that make purchases or redeem on-line ticket purchases from a ticketing kiosk.
• Theatre Employees may be stationed at the entrance to theatre(s) playing MPAA rated “R” films to check tickets and photo identification for all who enter to prevent minors from improperly entering.
• Fat Cats reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone that cannot present valid photo identification along with a ticket for the proper show time of the “R” rated film.
