Q. I purchased a movie for the wrong location by accident. Can I refund my ticket?
A. YES! Simply use this link and enter the appropriate information used to purchase the movie. Note, that online refunds are only available for tickets purchased online using the fatcatsfun.com website (no third parties, such as Fandango or MovieTickets). Refunds are also only accepted up to 1 hour before the scheduled showtime. If it is after please contact the theater for which you purchased the ticket.
Q. I'm a Gold Cat Member and didn't get $1 Off My Movie Tickets. Am I missing something?
A. When booking a $1 Off Online Movie Ticket using your Gold Cat membership make sure you do NOT select a regular ticket option. $1 Off Online Movie Tickets is a separate ticket item listed below the regular ticket options. If you do not see "Discounted Adult (or Child/Senior) Gold Cat Ticket" then check to make sure you are signed in by looking for the "Welcome, name" in the purple bar above the ticket options. Please also remember that the $1 Off benefit is for the movie ticket price, not the online fee, is only available for online movie tickets and does not apply toward the Gold Cat $5 Monday movie tickets as those are already more than $1 Off the regular price on Mondays. Q. I am looking for a donation for my school. Who do I contact?
A. We love giving back to our community! Please be aware that due to the sheer volume of donation requests we receive on a daily basis, not all donation requests can be granted. Each location has a monthly cap amount that they are required to adhere to. For donation requests please contact the event manager at the location you are requesting from. You may also use our contact form which will take your request to the right person as well.
