Knows It's Fun to do Good!

It's Fun To Do Good and Mesa Police Association of Mesa Arizona knows it!

FatCats was pleased to honor the Mesa Police Association who have created the Officers Assistance Fund. The non-profit works in the community to raise funds to support families of officers who may have been injured or killed in the line of duty. The fund also is an outreach for several other support groups. Most of the volunteers are active Mesa Police Officers.
In December, FatCats will be hosting a fundraising event for this group. The event will be a toy and canned food drive that will coincide with our Polar Express screenings. The Blue Santa will be present for photo ops with the Coke Bear.

Here is some information about the Mesa Police Association:

The Mesa Police Association established the Officer Assistance Fund to assist Police Officers injured or killed and their families. The MPA O.A.F. was designed to alleviate the financial strain that officers and their families face after a work-related injury. O.A.F. is a community-based nonprofit foundation that supports officers and family members of officers injured in the line of duty.

Yes! I want to support the MESA Police Association by making a donation to help fund community outreach programs.

We feel it’s our duty to give back as a thank you for all the support you’ve extended our officers over the years. Your tax-deductible donations will ensure our ability to continue to:

PARTICIPATE - in the Regional Unity Walk.
SUPPORT - domestic violence victims through Lighthouse Women’s Resource Center.
HELP - Alzheimer’s patients in local adult day care.
FUND - youth programs and scholarship opportunities.
BRING CHRISTMAS - for needy families with our Blue Santa event.
PROVIDE - more money for still-hurting Hurricane Sandy first-responder victims.
CARE - for the families of officers injured or killed on duty right here in Mesa.
