Knows It's Fun to do Good!

It's Fun To Do Good and the Chamo Project knows it!

The Chamo Project is a fundraiser that is devoted to helping the Venezuelan refugees. Jordan and his two friends hosted an event at a local restaurant where they taught people how to Latin dance. They charged two dollars for admission and the money they made from this event went straight to the United Nations High Commission of Refugees so they could help the people of Venezuela. They had such a big turn out that they have plans to do it again and are hoping to continue this in the future.

It's Fun To Do Good and the Giving Cupboard in Rigby, ID knows it!

The Giving Cupboard has a mission to eliminate hunger in the community. It is run by amazing volunteers like Naomi who take no compensation for their hard work. Currently, they are only able to operate twice a month because the space that they have has very little availability. They are desperately trying to raise enough money so that they can move to a better location that will better fit their needs. In order to help the high percentage of people in need,  they would have to be open at least once a week. They rely on getting money from grants, fundraisers, and donations from the community.  We appreciate all the volunteers who give their time and efforts to bring food to families and individuals in need.
